The following was taken from a press release distributed by the Kennesaw Police Department on June 10, 2024:
COBB COUNTY, Ga. – On Monday, June 10, 2024, the Kennesaw Police Department received a 911 call from a Cobb EMC employee who observed human skeletal remains located at 4043 George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Once Kennesaw Police personnel arrived, the remains were confirmed to be human.
There are limited details available, as the investigation is in its early stages. The Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office will be working alongside the Kennesaw Police Department to identify the remains and the cause of death.
