On 03/08/2024 I spoke to Radio Operator [REDACTED] and she advised me that (Michael Branch) has called the Sheriff’s Office and the 911 Center a total of 19 times on this date. Operator [REDACTED] also advised me this is a on going issue, and Michael is trying to report that his brothers are being sexually and physically abused. Operator [REDACTED] stated that Sgt Bradley is aware of the situation and it has been proven that there was no crime committed.
I then contacted Sgt Bradley and advised him of the 19 phone calls on this date. Sgt Bradley Stated that he has already investigated the claims made by Michael and they have been proven false. I spoke to Michael 3 days earlier on my county phone and since that conversation Michael has sent (9) text messages to my county phone in reference to his brothers being abused. I will be applying for warrants for Michael’s arrest.
