I, Ptl Hatcher, responded in normal mode to 417 W 3rd Ave (Phoebe Putney) in reference to a stabbing that occurred at [600 BLOCK] Jefferies Ave. In the ER I observed the victim, [VICTIM #1] with several stab wounds. I observed four stab wounds to the right bicep, one stab wound to the right pectoral, one stab wound to the left side pectoral, 3 stab wounds to the left bicep, and two stab wounds to the left shoulder. Photos of the injuries were taken and will be placed into evidence.
