The following was taken from a press release distributed by the Albany Police Department on November 29, 2023:
DOUGHERTY COUNTY, Ga. – In June of 2023, investigators received multiple allegations in which Pernell Davis (49) was accused of inappropriately touching underage females and rape. Throughout the course of the investigation, it was determined there were additional victims.
Based on the investigation conducted, Davis was taken into custody and charged with Child Molestation (3 counts) and Rape.
