On 05/20/2023, I, Captain Newberry was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Bentley Road, Crawford County, Roberta, Georgia in reference to a civil complaint. The Radio Dispatcher advised the male, Mr. Reginald Jefferson called 911 saying he needed a Deputy, because the people he lived with would not let him into a room, to watch TV. Mr. Jefferson had called prior saying he needed a deputy, then canceled the call. She stated he then called back.
On scene, I located Mr. Reginald Jefferson standing in the roadway, in front of the residence. Mr. Jefferson stated earlier today, he wanted to go into the shed behind the residence to watch TV and his grandfather told him not to. He stated he wanted to report the issue, because this happens all the time. I asked him why he canceled the deputy earlier. He stated because after calling he was able to get into the shed.
