On 5-18-2023, I Deputy Greer was dispatched to [3500 BLOCK] Jordan Road, Crawford County, Byron, Georgia, in reference to a civil complaint.
Prior to my arrival I contacted dispatch by phone and asked what was the call in reference to. Dispatch advised Ms. Pickett advised someone stole paperwork and other items from her and she needed a Deputy to make a report.
On scene I met with Ms. Elizabeth Pickett. She stated she was in the living room of her residence when she heard a noise coming from her bedroom. She stated she walked into her bedroom and observed her boyfriend Mr. [WITNESS #1] standing in her bathroom closet. She stated she immediately ran over to him and asked him what is he doing in there. She stated she has had items stolen from her out of her closet by her granddaughters
