On Sunday, February 25, 2024 at approximately 14:41 hours I, D.S. Joshua Conley (162), was dispatched to 1140 Bullsboro Drive (Kohl’s) in reference to a non-family dispute.

On arrival I met with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. Both women stated that a black Cadillac Escalade occupied by two white females had followed them from for about ten minutes. [VICTIM #1] said she accidentally cut the vehicle off when leaving Walmart. They thought they lost the vehicle and entered Kohl’s. After leaving the store, they found soda on the driver side door and pizza on the hood. There was also a pizza box left on the front windshield with a note written on it. The note was “learn how to drive nig*er.”

[WITNESS #1] showed me a picture she had taken of the Cadillac with the tag (GA tag [REDACTED]). They said they left Walmart at around 13:50 hours and left Kohl’s around 14:34 hours. [VICTIM #1] stated she would like charges pressed if we were able to locate the suspects. [WITNESS #1] emailed a copy of the photo to me after leaving the scene.

I spoke with management of Kohl’s ([REDACTED]) about obtaining video of the incident. She was unable to provide video at the time. I left a card with her describing the incident and plan to follow-up with Kohl’s at a later date.

Cpl. C. Teare (184) went to the registered owner’s address of the Cadillac. He made contact with Jessica Thomas and Danni Thomas at [100 BLOCK] Green Park Way. Cpl. Teare advised me that both women admitted to the crime. Cpl. Teare and Sgt. B. Doss (026) transported the women to the Coweta County Jail.

My body worn camera was active during this call for service. The note was stored in evidence locker 013. The photos will be uploaded o RMS.
