On January 16, 2024, I, Investigator Lee, took a report for [WITNESS #1] at the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office in which his son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], was given a tattoo under the age of 18.
[WITNESS #1] has full custody over [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he went to visit his mother, Tonya Brown, [REDACTED]. Tonya allegedly paid Christopher an unknown amount of money to have a tattoo put on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s right arm. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called [WITNESS #1] on January 15, 2023, and told him that he could not wait to show him what Tonya had gotten him for his birthday. In the background, [WITNESS #1] could hear Tonya say, “I’m still his mother!”. This is not the first tattoo that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has gotten underage. The tattoos are on his right arm. On the outer portion of the arm is flames, and on the inner portion of the arm is “08” for the year [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was born.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was given a tattoo on [REDACTED], by Christopher Mauldin. This information was confirmed by [WITNESS #1] finding a picture of Christopher on Facebook and showing [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at which time he confirmed. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s live 360 app showed him at [100 BLOCK] Hammett Circle in Sharpsburg at the time he received the tattoo.
Pictures are attached in RMS to show the tattoos and the photo that was shown to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to identify Christopher.
