On 06/14/2023 at approximately 1817 hours, I responded to [3000 BLOCK] Kellogg Creek Road in reference to a domestic dispute. I met with Sergeant Creeden and Shelia Callahan upon my arrival. Shelia was sitting on the front porch floor with multiple bags around her. The bags appeared to have various clothing and hygiene items in them.
Sergeant Creeden advised Shelia was released from a mental health facility earlier in the day and dropped off at the residence. He requested I contact the caller, [VICTIM #1], who was inside the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated the following:
Shelia is his ex-girlfriend. They used to live together. She texted him several times throughout the day and requested to come over. He did not want her at the residence due to a TPO and eviction he filed against her. He showed me the text messages on his phone and provided me with a copy of them.
In one of the messages she requested he allow her to come over to the residence. He also showed me a copy of the eviction notice and TPO. He obtained the TPO after a previous incident where Shelia attacked him. (Reference case number SO22-011766).
Sergeant Creeden requested dispatch conduct a GCIC check on Shelia, indicating multiple protection orders were filed against her. I contacted
