On December 18, 2023, at approximately 2:42PM, I was dispatched to the area of Wade Green Road and Hamby Road in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised a male was possibly on drugs and was being indecent in the roadway. The male was describe as wearing camouflage pants, that were around his ankles. As I arrived in the area, dispatch advised the male was “aiming [his p*nis] at cars and urinating” in the area of Hamby Road and Hopgood Road.
