On Sunday, March 17, 2024, at approximately 18:12, I was dispatched to Jack’s in reference to a female who stated someone was trying kill her.
Upon arrival, I met with the female identified as Ericka Johnson. While attempting speak with Ms. Johnson she exited the restaurant. I followed Ms. Johnson outside, and she dropped her person and walked towards the drive thru and began yelling at someone. I got her to come back to me and she continued to be incoherent and speaking to people who were not there. Ms. Johnson then took off towards the nursing home and then up to the Station 12 EMS. Ms. Johnson continued to yell and talk to people where were not there. She appeared to be under the influence of drugs. I took Ms. Johnson into custody and transported her to the Chattooga County Jail.
