On 06/24/2023 Deputy Boshears received a call for service at the address in reference to a man throwing knives. Deputy Boshears arrived at the scene and found the offender hiding behind a bush with a large kitchen knife. Deputy Boshears ordered the Offender to drop the knife, which he did, and took the Offender into custody.
Deputy Boshears placed the Offender into handcuffs which were checked for fit and double locked. As Deputy Boshears was asking the Offender what happened, the Offender stated that he had been attempting to kill himself with the knife. Deputy Boshears observed scratch marks on the Offender’s neck consisting with a bladed instrument. Deputy Boshears searched the Offender and placed him into the rear compartment of Deputy Boshears’
