[NARRATIVE #1 on March 27, 2024]

On 03/27/2024 Deputy Rainwater assisted Deputy Baird with a burglary alarm at [70 BLOCK] CREEKS JEWELL DR. While at the residence Mr. Kilgore (offender) opened the door and immediately was not interested in talking with both Deputies he was very unbalanced on is feet and had slurred speech. Deputy Rainwater could smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from Mr. Kilgore. His wife Mrs. [REDACTED] was willing to speak to Deputies and advised us that everything was okay and that Mr. Kilgore set the alarm off when he got home from his work trip. Mrs. [REDACTED] started talking to both Deputies about an unrelated incident stating that Mr. Kilgore went to Idaho for work and just returned this date. She stated that Mr. Kilgore’s sister (victim) was in the hospital with a broken nose and that Mr. Kilgore left Mrs. [REDACTED]’s dog somewhere. Both Deputies left the residence after the conversation.

Later Deputy Rainwater gets a call from dispatch asking if he had went to [70 BLOCK] Creeks Jewell Dr. After confirming with dispatch they tell Deputy Rainwater that Hamilton County SO was out with the victim at Erlanger East. according to dispatch Hamilton County So said that the victim said her brother (offender) head butted her in the nose which caused it to break. Deputy Rainwater advised dispatch that he was heading to meet with the victim.

While at the hospital Deputy Rainwater spoke to the victim who stated that her, Mr. [WITNESS #1], Mr and Mrs. [REDACTED] all went to meet the offender in Wildwood, Idaho because his friend called the victim and stated that the offender was not acting right and wasn’t well enough to drive and that they needed to come get him in Wildwood so that the friend could be picked up and go home. The victim was worried that the offender was back on drugs again so the victim and the other parties went to get the offender.

The victim stated that when they get to the offenders location she immediately notices that the offender was all over the place and just not his normal self. The offender gets in his truck and drives away with his friend in the vehicle he eventually pulls into a Mapco gas station and the friend get his bag and exits the truck. The victim eventually gets in the truck and then drives all the way to [600 BLOCK] W Cloud Springs Rd in Catoosa County Georgia which is Miss. [REDACTED]’s house (Miss. [REDACTED] is the offenders ex-wife).

The victim states that before she could pull into Miss. [REDACTED]’s address the offender starts to get irate in the truck and gets out and starts yelling at the victim to give him the keys so that he could go home, the victim was keeping the keys from the offender because of his under the influence like condition. The victim stated that next thing she remembers is that the offender being in her face yelling; then she say a bright light, heard a crack and saw a puddle of blood. She fell to the ground and was picked up by Mr. [WITNESS #1] and the offender.

The victim stated that the ex-wife drove the offender’s truck and him to his house. The victim and other parties fallowed them to make sure the offender got home safe. Thats when Mrs. [REDACTED] found out that the victim had broken her nose. The victim stated that she didn’t want to tell Mrs. [REDACTED] how her nose got broken due to her worrying about Mrs. [REDACTED]s safety. The victim wants to press charges because she wants him to get the help he needs. Deputy Rainwater had both Mr. [WITNESS #1] and the victim write witness statements about the incident.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 27, 2024]

On 03-27-24 Deputy Smith was dispatched to the [70 BLOCK] Creeks Jewel Ln in reference to a domestic that had already occurred. Deputy Smith arrived on scene and spoke with the offender. While speaking to the offender, Deputy Smith realized that Deputy Rainwater had already taken a report and warrants on this offender. Once the warrant was in hand, Deputy Smith took the offender into custody on the warrant.

The offender was handcuffed behind the back and the handcuffs were checked for fit and double locked. The offender was searched and placed in the back seat of the patrol vehicle. The offender was not seat belted in due to having to sit sideways. The offender was transported to the Catoosa County Jail where Deputy Smith read and executed the warrant. The warrant was not entered into NCIC.
