On 6/30/2023 at approximately 2231 hours, I responded to 1101 Alabama Street in reference to a hit and run that just occurred. When I arrived, I spoke with the victim [VICTIM #1]. He stated that there was a white Nissan Altima in front of him pulling out of the gas station onto Columbia Drive.
He advised me that the vehicle pulled into the roadway and then backed up into his vehicle, striking the front bumper of his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that the vehicle then fled the scene of the accident without providing any documentation.
