On November 13, 2023, at approximately 14:00 hours Sgt. Lee was contacted by DFCS. [REDACTED], who stated that she was doing a home visit at [700 BLOCK] Four Points Road E. Hepzibah, GA 30815 checking on a child by the name of [VICTIM #1] at this residence after a complaint came through from the Burke County Middle School counselor. [REDACTED] stated when she met with the child at the school on November 7, 2023, she observed and took pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries to her upper right leg. [REDACTED] advised that [VICTIM #1] was taken to Medical Associates and was seen by Dr. REDACTED
[REDACTED] did an at home visit with the [VICTIM #1]’s parents on November 8, 2023, at approximately 1640 hours. [REDACTED] had Burke County Sheriff’s Office Deputies (Unit 405 and 203, and A-7) escort her to the home visit. [REDACTED] spoke with the children at this residence which was recorded on Body Cam.
