On April 9, 2024 I was dispatched to OREMC in reference to a white female trying to get into vehicles in the parking lot.

When I arrived the white female was in front of the AA building trying to make a hoodie sweatshirt into a pair of pants. As I approched the female she turned around and asked what the F*** I wanted. I told her that I wanted to know her name and birthday, which she gave me. I then asked her why she was trying to get into someone’s vehicle. She stated that she was looking for her friends vehicle. I then asked what friend she was looking for and she stated [REDACTED] but could not give me a last name.

At this time the female started getting aggitated about me asking her questions. She then started screaming towards me and using profanaty very loadly so that everyone at OREMC could hear and was looking towards her. I then told her to turn around and place her hands behind her back so that I could handcuff her. I told her that she was being arrested for disorderly conduct. once the hancuffs were on her she pulled out of my hands. When she did that, Inv. Whisnant grabbed her arm. We then escorted her to the back seat of my patrol vehicle.

On the way, the I heard the offender spit and then I felt the wetness of her spit running down the back of my arm. She then started screaming even louder because I did not react to her spit. She was placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Brantley Jail.
