On 6/7/2023 at or around 1023 hours I responded to 660 North Avenue (Kroger) in reference to stalking.
Upon my arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] said that a few minutes prior to contacting BSO, she had a dispute go on at her apartment (Walnut Hills). She said that she was seeing a man named Terry Ross for a while, until she found out that he was married.
She said that she went and had a TPO taken out on Terry. She said that they went to court on it as well. She said that the TPO says that he is not to contact her at all. She said that this morning Terry came to her apartment unannounced. She said that she was scared of what he may do to her, so she went into the breeze way to speak with Terry.
She said that Terry then pushed his way into her apartment. She said that she had some pepper spray, and tried to use it on him. She said it did not
