On November 11, 2023 approx 2257hrs, while on my way to another call, I heard a loud commotion emanating from [800 BLOCK] A Street.
Upon arrival, I observed several females trying to restrain Kimberly Stuckey and persuading her to leave in her vehicle. However, once Stuckey entered her vehicle, she refused to comply and instead attempted to initiate a physical altercation with the other females.
