On June 10, 2023 approx 2013hrs, I, Deputy Anthony Taylor was dispatched to Hawkinsville Road at Barnes Ferry Road regarding a shooting incident.
Upon my arrival, the neighbors at [6300 BLOCK] Hawkinsville Road pointed out the Hispanic male, later identified as Oswaldo Dominguez Garcia as the shooter whom lives at [6300 BLOCK] Hawkinsville Road. I immediately place him into handcuffed, searched and place him in to my patrol vehicle.
I then spoke with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] who both reported hearing screams from next door [6300 BLOCK] Hawkinsville Road, called the police and witnessed Oswaldo beating his live in girlfriend, [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #1] stated that he jump the fence to intervene but Oswaldo swung at him and they got into a physical altercation. [VICTIM #1] hit Oswaldo several times in the facial area causing swelling.
After getting [VICTIM #2] away from Oswaldo and bring her next door. Oswaldo fired several rounds at them while they were at [6300 BLOCK] Hawkinsville Road. [VICTIM #1] was grazed and [WITNESS #1]’s juvenile son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] reported that one of the bullets almost hit him in the neck.
