On Sunday 09-24-23 at 1521 hours, I received a call to report to [3600 BLOCK] Fair St in reference to a stabbing. I made contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1] who stated that he and his ex-girlfriend (Francine Miler) got into an argument and she grabbed a knife and stabbed him in his left shoulder.
I observed that Mr. [VICTIM #1] had a deep stab wound on his left shoulder, and 2 small lacerations on the top of his head. I spoke to Ms.
