On Wednesday, Jun 07 2023, at approximatelly 1429 hours, I, Ofc. Orozco Avila with the Uniform Patrol Division of the Adairsville Police Department, was patrolling the area of Highway 140 near Poplar Springs Road where I noticed a gray in color Chevrolet van with GA Tag, [REDACTED], traveling eastbound on Highway 140 with it’s windshield cracked all the way across.

Mr. Pineda Gonzalez was then transported to the Bartow County Jail, where
