On June 2, 2023 at approximately 2145 hours, I was dispatched to Circle K (898 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy), in reference to a private property accident. Upon arrival I made contact with the two drivers and asked for their drivers license.
A check through GCIC of the drivers license returned with Ms. Lindsey Kimmons to have an active warrant through Bartow County for Burglary.
Both drivers were issued a SR-13 for the accident. Ms. Kimmons warrant was confirmed through Cartersville Dispatch. Ms. Kimmons was placed under arrest by handcuffs behind the back, handcuffs were checked for fit, and double locked.
Ms. Kimmons was cleared of weapons and seated in the rear of my patrol vehicle. Ms. Kimmons was transported, booked, and released to Bartow County Jail. Ms. Kimmons was booked in on her warrant through Bartow County for Burglary.
My patrol vehicle was searched before and after transport with no contraband found. Ms. Kimmons requested her vehicle be released to Mr. [REDACTED] on scene.
