On Monday June 5, 20323 at approximately 2100 hours I received a phone call from Bartow County Drug Task Force Agent Eddie Leon #724 who advised me that he located a wanted male subject named Damien Gamble driving a gray Ford Focus near the area of the Super 8 hotel off of HWY 20 Spur.
Agent Leon advised me that the warrant was confirmed and active. Agent Leon had continues visual on the vehicle and Damien during the duration of our phone conversation.
I drove to the area and located the Ford Focus driving West on HWY 20 near Interstate 75 on ramps. I saw that the vehicle had a damaged passenger brake light. The tag for the vehicle being [REDACTED BY AGECNY]
I activated my blue lights on my patrol vehicle to conduct a traffic stop. The traffic stop was conducted at the back entrance to the Walmart at 101 Market Place BLVD.
