On Friday, July 28, 2023, at approximately 2357 hours, I was dispatched to a gold Chevy S10 (GA plate [REDACTED]) stuck on the railroad tracks on Euharlee Rd.
Upon my arrival I observed a gold Chevy S10 (GA plate [REDACTED]) on the railroad tracks. Outside the vehicle I observed two white males identified as Mr. Adam Devins and Mr. Christopher Kennedy.
Mr. Devins stated that he let his unknown friend drive him from the bar (Tom’s Place) because he was under the influence. Mr. Devins stated that his unknown friend turned onto tracks causing the vehicle to get stuck. Mr. Devins stated that the unknown friend took off running to a nearby street.
While on scene I began to investigate the situation when Mr. Devins started to be irate. While speaking to Mr. Devins I could smell an alcoholic scent coming from his person.
