On February 18, 2023, Deputy Motes responded to 160 Windmill Farm Road (Banks County Sheriffs Office) in reference to a walk-in report.

Once on scene, Deputy Motes met with the victim. The victim stated that she recently got a TPO against the offender. Deputy Motes asked if the offender was served with the TPO to which the victim stated that both she and the offender met with their lawyers at the same time and signed the TPO.

The victim stated that on the TPO, it states that the offender is able to call his two daughters (which the victim has primary custody of) on certain dates and times but the offender must call the children directly on their phones and not call or have any contact with the victim.

The victim stated that on February 13, 2023 at approximately 18:38 and on February 15, 2023 at approximately 18:56, the offender called her phone and stated it was so that he could speak to his daughters. The victim stated that the offender is also allowed to pick up their two daughters from school on certain days where he will be keeping them per the custody agreement.

However, the victim stated that the TPO states that the offender is not allowed to check the children out of school early. The victim stated that on February 16, 2023, the offender picked the children up from school, which he was allowed to do, but picked them up approximately 10 minutes prior to school being let out for the day.

The victim had screenshots from where the offender had called her as well as a text conversation she had with a school employee about the offender picking the children up early. Deputy Motes sent an evidence.com link to
