On 08/27/2023 at 0330 hours, I was dispatched to Huddle House, 300 East Hancock Street, in reference to a fight inside of the location.
Upon my arrival I made contact with personnel [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated a female, later identified as Nakiya Durden, entered the location and began arguing with a group of females later
