On 09/06/2020, I made contact with Animal Control worker, [WITNESS #1], via telephone, in reference to a cruelty to animal case at [100 BLOCK] Hollingshed Avenue.
Upon making contact with [WITNESS #1], she stated that she has recently visited the address in regards to two dogs being tied up on the property and severely malnourished. [WITNESS #1] stated that she will issue citations to the listed offender, Ladarius Lamar, and has made
