[NARRATIVE #1 on March 27, 2024]

On the listed date and time I responded to the listed location Crabtree Rd @ Jenkins Rd in reference to a possible intoxicated pedestrian running at passing vehicle’s, and laying in the roadway.

Upon my arrival in the area of this call I observed the listed suspect laying in the road way near the previously mentioned intersection. I then made contact with Drug Task Force Agent Ellenburg who arrived on scene prior to my arrival.

Agent Ellenburg advised that when he had arrived on scene that she was laying in the middle of the road, and attempting to dance. I then made contact with the listed suspect. I then asked her what she was doing, and she advised that she was just hanging out. She also advised that she was about to get married.

After further speaking with the suspect, and determining that she was unfit to be walking in the roadway I then placed her under arrest. I then placed her in handcuff’s behind the back that were checked for fit, and double locked. I then patted the suspect down for weapon’s and found none. I then checked the rear seat of my patrol vehicle for weapons/ contraband, and found none.

I then placed her in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle. The suspect next advised that she had taken a concrete turtle out of the yard at [300 BLOCK] Jenkins Rd, and moved it to the side of the road. Agent Ellenburg then retrieved the turtle, and took it back to it’s original place of origin. Agent Ellenburg attempted to make contact with the property owner, and had no contact with anyone at home.

I then began transport of the suspect to the A/B line. While en route to the A/B line the suspect stated “I’m a drug addict, and I love to shoot up methamphetamine. I’d love to shoot up right now.” Upon my arrival at the A/B line custody of the suspect was turned over to Deputy Hopkins to finish transport.

At this time the property owner at [300 BLOCK] Jenkins Rd, and caller’s have been contacted. See investigative narrative.
