On 06-06-2024, dispatch advised of a domestic issue at [100 BLOCK] Hidden Acre Rd. Upon my arrival, the complainants reported that the offender was dealing with personal issues and had become intoxicated from drinking all afternoon. The offender became enraged due to the family confronting him about several issues and he got in his fathers face, in which his father physically restrained him, receiving assistance from his daughter-in-law. The offender attempted to wrestle out of the restraint and caused bruising to his sister-in-law.
The offender admitted to his actions and acknowledges that he was in the wrong and should have left for a short time to cool down, but he was too intoxicated to make that decision initially. The offender was arrested and transported to TCDC where he was cited for Disorderly Conduct for his actions at his residence. After being allowed to sober up, he was released on the citation by the jail staff.
