On October 16, 2023, at approximately 0010 hrs, I Deputy Patlan conducted stationary speed detection on Hwy 178 near Ben Roy Mcclendon Road. I observed a black charger heading southbound on Hwy 280. I used my front mounted RADAR (S/N: DE20813) to clock the vehicle going 68 mph.
