8/23/2023, I Deputy Barr was advised by CPT Kight about a ongoing case regarding a subject in violation of a court order.
I made contact with complainant ([VICTIM #1]) who stated she recently got a divorce from Ex-husband (PAGE, CHUCK). Mrs. [VICTIM #1] said a Temporary Order was made to where Mr. Chuck could not be within 500 yards of Mrs. [VICTIM #1] or the residence in which Mrs. [VICTIM #1] lives. The only exceptions were Mr. Chucks attendance to child’s School events but could not make any form of contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1].
Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated 8/22/2023 around the time of 5:00pm at the football fields. [VICTIM #1] arrived to pick up her son ([REDACTED]) from football practice. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] said she noticed Mr. Chuck sitting in his truck inside the parking lot. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] said she drove away from chuck’s truck to what she thought was a better location in the parking lot near Witness ([WITNESS #1]).
[VICTIM #1] said When her son got into the car She watched Mr. Chuck put his truck into reverse and back his truck up behind Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s
