On March 26, 2024 I Deputy Grimes and Crawford #322 were dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Thomas Ln. in reference to an Assault.
Upon arrival, we spoke with VICTIM #1 ,who stated her and VICTIM #2 got into a verbal altercation about an incident that took place earlier (24-049087). [VICTIM #1] stated that the verbal altercation turned physical, when [VICTIM #2] started breaking her Macbook. [VICTIM #1] stated in the mist of the physical altercation, she called for Erin England (Suspect/girlfriend) to come help her. She stated when England came and pulled [VICTIM #2] off of her, and that’s when a physical altercation began between [VICTIM #2] and England. [VICTIM #1] stated in the midst of the physical altercation, [VICTIM #2] yelled out that “She stabbed me”, and that’s when England left in a green Toyota (Unknown Tag) in an unknown direction.
We spoke to [VICTIM #2] , who didn’t want to give a statement at the time but did provide us with a picture of England. [VICTIM #2] was transported to AU for treatment. [VICTIM #1] refused treatment and was then transported down to CID for questioning.
All information and evidence was turned over to CID.
