On Monday March 4, 2024, at 11:25am I, Sgt. Childers was dispatched to the area of Philadelphia Rd and Highway 515 in reference to a Travis Lowe cursing at passing vehicles and trying to jump in front of vehicles. Upon arrival to the area, I observed Travis walking in the east bound lane travel lane walking toward Highway 515.
I pulled in front of Travis and asked why he was walking into the road again and cursing at passing vehicles. Due to the number of complaints, we have had to come into the Pickens County 911 center Travis in the pass week or so I placed Travis under arrest for Disorderly Conduct under the city code 46-19. Travis was arguing with me at first, so I drew my taser 7 and told Travis to turn around and he complied with my commands and turned around and put his hands behind his back. I transported Travis to the Pickens County ADC without further incident.
