On Sunday 04/28/2024, I Deputy James responded to the area of Henderson Mill Road and Highway 36 in reference to a suspicious call.
I was advised a female suspect was walking out in traffic stating body parts were everywhere. Contact was made with the female and she advised the reason why she was disorderly on the roadway was because she observed dead bodies everywhere on Anderson Circle.
Responding units were en-route to the area where the female advised the bodies were located. No finding of the bodies were in such area. No crime was committed and no other incidents were observed.
The female was placed under arrest with the listed charges. A supervisor was informed. The female was transported to the back of my patrol unit and transported to the Newton County Detention Center. Upon arriving to the center, the female was escorted inside the building, where she was turned over to the intake personnel.
A case number was assigned to this call and a warrant will be obtained.
