I was dispatched out [1200 BLOCK] Wheat Street Apt [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon my arrival I found the following to have occurred. I arrived at the residence noted above and knocked on the door and a black male subject answered the door and attempted to push pass me to leave.
The subject stated that it was his house and he was with his wife. I recognized the address from an earlier report I did on a former spouse harassing the current resident in the home. I attempted to gain information from Ricky Hodnett but he kept trying to leave. Officer Stubbs and Finch arrived and they stayed with Hodnett as I went into the home to check on [VICTIM #1] who I spoke with earlier at the Sheriff’s Office.
I first spoke with [VICTIM #2] who stated that there was loud banging on the back door to the home. As she went to open the door Hodnett barged in and push passed her by making contact, physical contact with her. Hodnett began verbally accosting her with threats as she retreated outside to call 911. Prior to going outside she watched Hodnett verbally threaten [VICTIM #1] as she fled towards the upstairs for safety. Hodnett was threatening to beat the fu*k out of her.
Upon are arrival and removing Hodnett, [VICTIM #1] made contact with the Superior Clerks office to inform them of the situation. As I stated before [VICTIM #1] stated to me earlier in the day report# 202308230010 that Hodnett had been coming over recently and banging on the door until she let him in. [VICTIM #1] did not what to cause and issue with her rental agreement. [VICTIM #1] stated that Hodnett stated that she made him miserable through their divorce now he was going to make her miserable. The couple divorced in 2014.
