[NARRATIVE #1 on May 08, 2023]
On May 8th 2023 at 15:42 hours, I was dispatched to [800 BLOCK] C Street for trouble with subject. When I arrived on scene, the victim [VICTIM #1] had already left and went to her mothers house at [400 BLOCK] 4th street.
When I arrived at the secondary location, I met with [VICTIM #1], she stated that she was getting ready to bring Marion McNair their daughter. She told me she went back in the house to grab some more clothes for the child and when she came out and got back in the car, Marion had come up to her vehicle and jumped in the back seat and started hitting her. Then he got out of the car and opened the drivers side door and continued to hit [VICTIM #1]. Not only did he hit her multiple times in the head, he also hit her right ear which caused her ear drum to rupture, which was confirmed by ER staff.
Marion did all of this in the present of his child [REDACTED], which was in the vehicle at the time of the incident. Marion then took the child and left the scene. I got witness statements from [VICTIM #1] as well as from her sister [WITNESS #1], who was with [VICTIM #1] at the time of the incident. [VICTIM #1] also told me that she had a TPO against Marion, which just recently expired and that he has been coming to her house causing problems.
Also, while at the emergency room for her ear, Marion kept making threats towards [VICTIM #1] through third parties, saying that he was going to kill her. I took out two warrants against Marion for Aggravated Battery Family Violence and Cruelty to children third degree. I took a picture of the right side of [VICTIM #1] face which shows a little swelling. Picture, warrants and statements are attached to this report. Warrants were entered into GCIC.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 27, 2023]
On Wednesday July 27, 2023 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Cobbham Rd. for trouble with subject. When I arrived, I met with the caller [VICTIM #1] stated her Ex Marion McNair came to her house located at [800 BLOCK] C street and pushed his way in. She stated they started fighting and he put a hole in the wall. She stated McNair was still driving around and following her. She also advised he had warrant sand she wanted us to lock him up.
