GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. – Brunswick Police officers arrested 30-year-old Krystal Nicole Gonzalez when they conducted a welfare check at her home and discovered her three juvenile children were left alone in the residence. They found the front and rear doors unlocked and marijuana, Smirnoff Ice, and methamphetamine on the couch in the living room.
The three children wore dirty clothing, and the bedroom they occupied “had carpet that was soiled with urine and trash.” A handwritten note in the hallway atop the washing machine instructed the juveniles to “stay inside of the room.”
