On the above date and time I PFC J Wright was dispatched to 4350 Martha Berry Hwy for William Hoylt. While enroute, dispatch informed me William’s father stated he called him and stated he wanted to kill someone.
I arrived on scene and spoke to William, he stated he never said he wanted to kill anyone. I had to deal with William earlier in the evening at Southeast Detox. William had gotten irate with EMS and refused treatment. William asked if I could take him to the Circle K(4350 Martha Berry Hwy), I transported him to the location. As I was speaking to William, he began acting in a tumultuous manner by yelling and cursing at customers outside of the Circle K and began to walk away from me still being loud. I placed William into handcuffs and placed him into the back of my patrol vehicle. I transported William to jail.
