At approximately 2100 hours on February 12, 2024, deputies responded to a disorderly person at [100 BLOCK] Blair way. Upon arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1] who explained Savannah, who was staying at the residence only a short time became disorderly and threw his work Iphone causing damage. [VICTIM #1] further explained he allowed Savannah to use the phone since Friday (Feb 9) since her cell phone became disabled. She left before deputies arrival with her bags.
Deputy Holland found Savannah on the edge of the roadway on Blair Way. I arrived and spoke with Savannah, who explained she was angry because she believed [VICTIM #1] had hijacked her phone with an app and was listening to her conversations. She became irrate and broke the phone by throwing it returning it to him. She stated she does have a drug dependancy but insisted she has not used any illicit drugs this date and isn’ ready for help with the issues. She claimed that she has had the phone since December when she moved into the residence. She stated she is leaving and was asked if she could be escorted anywhere to get her out of the elements since rain was an issue. She agreed to be escored by Deputy Holland to an address on Weisenbaker Rd in Rincon.
[VICTIM #1] was advised that he could pursue charges through the magistrate due to the conflicting stories and was issued a crn card and advised on how to obtain a copy of the report.
