I responded to a suspicious situation call at the intersection of SR 388 (Lewiston Rd) and SR 232 (Columbia Rd). The complainant, [WITNESS #1], stated he saw a subject spray painting county signs when leaving his home located at [100 BLOCK] Lewiston Rd. He stated the subject went into the wooded lot across from Food Lion. [WITNESS #1] then left the scene.
