On June 5th, 2024 I arrived as backup to Lt. Cromer in reference to an indecent exposure incident with a female.
Upon arrival I was requested to move my vehicle closer to the female in question. Lt. Cromer advised that the female identified as Esmeralda Jaimes Serrano was exposing her breast to the public. At this point Sgt. Mueller handcuffed Ms. Jaimes Serrano into handcuffs with Ofc Kilgore assisting. I opened the door to my patrol vehicle. Ms. Jaimes Serrano was escorted to my patrol vehicle #223. Ofc Kilgore placed her into my backseat. I ensured that she was properly buckled in. I then radioed to dispatch that I was en-route to Cherokee ADC. I arrived at Cherokee ADC without any issue. I was able to successfully book Esmeralda Jaimes Serrano into Cherokee ADC without any incident.
