On 3/14/2024 around 11:25 pm, Officer Wilson received a public service call regarding a drunk individual (Allen Treadway) playing loud music on Henley St and Jones St. Before this public services call Officer Wilson responded to a 911 call regarding the same individual (Allan Treadway) who was playing loud music and appeared to be intoxicated around 9:50 pm.

When I arrived at Mr. Treadway’s house on [20 BLOCK] Jones Street he was walking from his car to the porch where he had taken a seat. I repeatedly ask him to come talk to me. He told me to come and have a seat with in which I refused. Ofc Wilson explained to Treadway that he talked to him prior about the music which remained loud when we arrived. While talking to him I could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Treadwell’s verbal communication was slow and slurred when responding. Treadway was asked to present his ID as he was about to receive tickets for the music being too loud. This is because due to a city ordinance that loud music can’t be played loud enough to disturb the peace of the neighborhood on the weekdays of 11 pm-7 am.

The time that officers came back to the residence for a second time was at 2335 hours. Treadway refused several times and eventually complied. He presented his wallet by slamming it down on the table in front of us. At this point, it was decided to arrest Treadwell for prohibited loud noises and disorderly conduct. Officer Wilson also received videos of how Allen Treadway was acting towards his neighbor before the officers’ arrival.

The neighbor [WITNESS #1] recorded how Allen was acting. In the video, you can hear Allen being loud and boisterous yelling at [WITNESS #1]. You could hear Allen using foul language towards [WITNESS #1] calling him a mother fu*ker. Videos of how Treadway acted will be added to the case file. Body cam footage will be provided. I transported Treadway to the Chattooga County jail without any further incidents.
