On January 10, 2024 Cpl Carmichael responded to the incident location in reference to someone hitting the complainants mailbox.
Upon arrival to the complainants residence Cpl Carmichael observed there to be a brick style mailbox destroyed all over the driveway and roadway. After making contact with the complainant she showed Cpl Carmichael Ring Camera footage of the offender coming to her door, the complainant told the offender she was calling 911 and the offender got in her vehicle and left the scene. The complainant said she knew the offenders name and she lived “up the road”
Cpl Carmichael began to canvas the neighborhood when he located a vehicle matching the color of the parts at the scene, upon further investigation he observed the vehicle to have heavy front end damage and large chunks of brick still on the vehicle. Cpl Carmichael made
