On September 30, 2023, at 19:51 hours, I, Deputy M. Krebs, and Deputy Z. Luke were dispatched to [10000 BLOCK] Highway 23 S in reference to an assault. Multiple callers regarding this incident described a black male wearing khaki pants and a white t-shirt known as Rufus attacking an unknown black female.
Upon arrival, I activated my department-issued body camera and observed numerous people throughout the apartment complex. I
