On the given date and time, I received a call to the offender’s (Sunshine Tyson) residence in reference to someone being inside her camper without her permission.
This offender had called 911 about 12 times during the night and nothing was going on every time. She was calling in false reports. I had received a call to her residence the other day for someone hiding under her bed. It is impossible for anyone to get under her bed. She called twice this morning and Deputy R. McCormick and I responded. There was no one inside her camper today either. I finally decided to arrest Sunshine Tyson and charge her with disorderly conduct. She had a Marlin .22 caliber long rifle model #99C and serial number of 70239869 near her and more bullets in her pocket for this gun. I left the bullets there and brought the gun with me for safe keeping.
