On Saturday, 01/21/2024, I was dispatched to [18200 BLOCK] HWY 32 in reference to a domestic.
Upon my arrival I saw a white male throwing 2×4 lumber and other various items in the yard towards people. He was also screaming profanity towards the other people in the yard. I immediately identified the white male as Dalson Lynn from previous interactions. I then attempted to separate him from everyone else in the yard. He continued screaming and trying to go towards them after being separated. He was told to stop multiple times but continued. At that time he was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. He attempted to resist and snatched away. He continued resisting while handcuffs were being placed on him.
I then spoke to [REDACTED]. She stated Dalson had come to the residence and was told to leave multiple times before he started screaming and throwing things.
I then spoke to Dalson’s parents. They stated he had not been able to take his new medication. Dalson has multiple mental health issues and a diminished mental capacity. They will be contacting his doctor at Unison. Their have been multiple calls to him within the past year for this behavior. I then transported him to the jail.
