On June 7th, 2023, at approximately 1249 hours, I responded to a disturbance call at [100 BLOCK] Bell Avenue. The call was placed by a female, who reported that she had been in an altercation with someone at the location.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Demetrius Boyd and Victoria Lewis. I observed that Boyd’s shirt was ripped in the front, she had dirt in her hair, and a small cut on her leg. I also observed that Lewis had small, but fresh nicks over most of her upper body, consistent with being involved in a fight. Victoria Lewis, who had originally called, stated that there was nothing wrong. Demetrius Boyd, however, stated Victoria had assaulted her in the Milledgeville Manor, [1400 BLOCK] South Jefferson Street, by “body slamming” her.

Our department had received a separate call regarding a disturbance at the Milledgeville Manor at approximately 1236 hours. Both parties were gone prior to my arrival. It is believed that the disturbance at [100 BLOCK] Bell Avenue is related to the earlier incident at the Milledgeville Manor.

Both parties, Demetrius Boyd and Victoria Lewis, were arrested and charged with Affray. Photographs of the injuries sustained by both parties were taken using the Axon Capture App and will be uploaded to the evidence management system.
