On 10/19/2023 at approximately 0111, I was dispatched [1100 BLOCK] Dunlap Road, where I contacted the complainant, Ronnie Simmons, in reference to an assault against a person.
Simmons stated multiple times he was stabbed by someone he identified as, [REDACTED], but due to his speech impediment, I was unable to get further information. Simmons then had me follow him where I located a female, Chiquita Sims, who Simmons advised cut
