On July 26, 2024, at approximately 0135 hours, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Bell Road in regard to the victim falling off of his balcony while being intoxicated.
I spoke with the EMS unit on scene and he explained that the suspect was acting unnatural for the situation at hand. The EMS unit explained the victim fell 25 feet to the ground and they were concerned about internal injuries as well as possible broken bones and rushed the victim to the Erlanger hospital.
I spoke to the suspect who admitted to throwing a glass at the victim and also stated she understood that the victim was sitting on the ledge of the balcony and knew the dangers of the victim’s position.
I placed the suspect under arrest and transported her to the Walker County detention center.
