[NARRATIVE #1 on July 15, 2024]

On Monday, July 15, 2024 I, Ofc West responded to the area of MLK Court in reference to a GSW (gunshot wound). Dispatch said someone was shot and the suspect left the area in a black Ford Fusion headed towards the railroad track.

I arrived on scene and saw people sitting on the porch at [200 BLOCK] MlK Court. I immediately rendered aid to the female who had a gunshot wound to her right hand. The victim was [VICTIM #1]. The wound was already wrapped up so I just kept pressure on it. People on the porch were saying her boyfriend did it. I asked for the suspects name and all I could understand was Fudge. A male was able to give me a description of the suspects car which was a new black ford fusion. Other units arrived on scene and began looking for evidence and where the incident took place. EMS arrived on scene and I helped load the victim up with EMS. Other units were able to get the suspect’s information and give out a BOLO. Units also set up crime scene tape to preserve evidence.

I stood by on scene to wait on GBI. GBI arrived on scene and started processing the scene. After GBI got done processing the scene we cleared it and went to [200 BLOCK] Williamsburg Trail in reference to a projectile striking the house. Ofc Farmer spoke to this victim, [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #2] said she was laying in bed when the projectile penetrated through her wall and went over the bed she was laying in. GBI processed the scene and we all returned back in service.

I, Ofc. Fauquier, was contacted by Capt. Hunter on 16 July, 2024, in reference to the listed suspect, Tellis Fudge, on this report. Capt. Hunter directed me to pick Fudge up at the Dooly County Jail stating Fudge turned himself in. I made contact with Fudge at the Dooly County Jail and took him into custody. Fudge was handcuffed behind his back. The handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked. Fudge was transported to the Byron Police Department where he was booked and fingerprinted. Ofc. West then transported Fudge to the Peach County Jail.
